The Details of Making an American Patriotic T-Shirt

What does it really mean to say we are an apparel brand "made in the USA?"

You may have heard us say it a time or two, our patriotic shirts are built here in the USA.  Not just "designed & printed here in the USA", which is a sneaky way of saying "imported shirts". No, WE ACTUALLY MANUFACTURE the shirt here.

Our Patriotic shirts start their life as spools of yarn.  That yarn is woven, here in the USA, into rolls of fabric.  Those American shirts are then sent off to soak in dye, achieving the color specs we provide.  Of course the dye house is here in America, California, actually.

After we ship that fabric roll back across the country, it hits the manufacturing center on the east coast.  At this point we plot the pattern on the fabric roll and cut each part out, prepping our patriotic shirts for assembly.

Our shirts are then sewn, by Americans, in America, boxed up, and either shipped to us in Columbia Station or off to our local print shops we use around Cleveland, Ohio.  At that point we print one of our many patriotic t-shirt designs, fold, bag, and deliver back to our warehouse on route 82.  

You see, MANUFACTURING in America has a much larger impact on our economy than "designing and printing" does.  We create American jobs.  Not just jobs sewing, but in every step along the way.   

As Americans we are blessed with opportunity not available anywhere else in the world.  It's our responsibility to invest back into that same system by keeping our dollars and labor exclusively in the USA.
