American Made Men's Flannel Shirt | Blue Buffalo

A year in the making.  Our ground up flannel button up shirt has been a project we've been excited about for over a year.  This flannel is built from a heavy buffalo pattern fabric that makes it a great over shirt to layer over a long sleeve or base layer.  

Our flannel shirt is proudly made here in the USA by an American small business who we've been working with for almost a decade.  

Features of Made in the USA Flannel Shirts 

• Two chest pockets with buttoned flap
• 12 oz. Heavyweight flannel
• Blue buffalo pattern
• Standard double layer cuff & collar

Shrink: Less than 2%.  This is a 100% cotton fabric. We did test shrink on this fabric by cutting 15" square sections and running them through the washer and dryer 3 times.  Our process is measuring the before and after.  We found the test squares to measure a fraction under 15" post wash cycle test.  This accounts for under a 2% shrink rate.  (keep in mind, this is a test under what we consider normal wash conditions, your methods could differ).  As always, we can't take back any worn or washed items.

Care: We recommend washing with like colors, inside out.  When you dry the shirt, it's best to dry on cool and avoid super high heat.  This is, of course, for best results!

Returns: Being a super custom and limited item, if you're looking to exchange this item, do it sooner than later.  There is no guarantee stock will be left to fulfill an exchange request.  We are happy to do a return on the shirt if you're not loving it, please follow our normal return process.  As always, no returns or exchanges if an item is worn, washed, has an odor, or any pet hair!
