Is everything you sell made in America?
Yes. Everything on our site is, at a minimum, completely cut & sewn in America. For most items, we also take it to another level, weaving and dying the fabric here in America. While 98% of brands like us just import a shirt from China and boast about "printing in America", we believe in actually making the product here in America and investing in American jobs and companies.
How quickly do you typically ship orders?
We own our own fulfillment company AND also have everything you see on the site, in stock. In most cases, orders ship out the same day. Worst case, orders ship out Monday after a weekend. Here and there we may be waiting on something and hold an order, but that's rare.
How you handle returns?
We allow returns and exchanges on items that are like new, unworn, no scents, and free of pet hair. Pretty standard practice. We have an exchange app that makes it simple.
How do I know you're an actual American company?
We are located at 27548 Royalton Road in Columbia Station, Ohio. We have a sign out front with our logo on it. You can drive by and verify!
