Embroidered American flag on heavyweight full fabric cap with velcro adjustable enclosure. No button on the top, so you can wear this with ear protection and headphones.
All of our ranch hats are battle tested 12oz duck cloth, vintage washed finish, pre-shrunk, and built for life outdoors in the elements. We took off the button so if you're wearing ear protection, comms, or just over the ear headphones, it ain't getting in the way.
We do a velcro enclosure because this hat is closely related to its cousin, the Range Hat. Built for duty and like tactical kit, velcro tends to not fail like a buckle or plastic snap do.
The four row horizontal stitch sweat band is low in profile and feels great on the forehead. The thinner sweatband eliminates that bulk around the edge of the hat and keeps it tight to your head.
We sew in one vent hole in each panel to let heat escape.

We try to pick the best representation for our picture. Every branded camo will have random logo marks in the fabric, some hats may have this. We are unable to do any returns or exchanges for the reasons noted here.
We ship our hats in a solid box, so no worries about it getting crushed in shipping.
