14 Years. That's how long we've been making America's favorite hat. Over a decade ago we set out to make THE BEST AMERICAN FLAG HATS. We had two goals in mind. First and foremost, actually make a hat here in America instead of all this imported junk displaying our country's flag. Second, we wanted a hat that worked for us training at the range. No button, lower in profile, collapsible. We nailed it. There is one problem, though. You'll want more than one!

Do you ship your hats in a box?
Yes, we absolutely ship our American Made hats in a box. I've bought hats from other brands out there and got my hat in a BAG!
You work hard, you spend your hard earned money on our US made hats, we want it to show up with good shape and free of shipping defects.
We ship all our hats in a solid box, no matter what.
Do your hats fit big heads?
If we had a dime for every time we got this question!
Well, judging by the responses from our customers, it all depends on the SHAPE of your head, not the SIZE. Strange typing that...
We have plenty of customers with larger domes who happily have worn our hats for over a decade. We also have customers who they just didn't work out for. What we've found is head height plays a bigger role in how the hat will fit.
Good thing is, we are happy to take it back or swap it out. Just make sure you don't do more than a simple try on.

Our blank hats have quickly become a popular item on our site for a few reasons.
- Many LEO, FD, and Military folks want to wear our hats for work. In order to do so, they want to have their department insignia applied to the hat. Over the last decade we've seen countless departments switch to our hats because they love the fit and feel.
- Small Businesses look for American made hats. We all share the same values and want to support American. Many businesses look to outfit their employees in logo wear that made in the USA.
- Simple is better for some. I'm a plain t-shirt guy, some folks just like a plain hat. For that reason, we keep them stocked up on the site!
Why No Button On Top?
We build our hats with no button on top.
When you're training or working, that little button on the top of a hat gets in the way. It forces ear protection or headphones that sit over the head to either fall forwards or backwards.
We did something everyone asks for in our US made Range Hats, we never included it to begin with.
No button Range hats are the reason folks keep coming back to our site.
What size heads will your hats fit?
Our American Flag Hats are sized to fit most heads.
- As you see them adjusted in the photo, they come built to a 7.5 head.
- Our adjustable hats have room to adjust in and out.
- We understand some hats just aren't going to fit, that's why we offer returns & exchanges.
What Is The Fabric In Your Hats?
We use a ripstop fabric. The fabric has several key features that make this America's favorite hat.
100% Cotton: We use a cotton ripstop. It's breathable and cool on your head.
Lightweight: Our hats are light. When we train at the range, performance is job number one. These hats are built with that in mind.
Collapsible: There are times where you need to remove your hat, stuff in in a pocket. Our hats don't have "structure". They are built to collapse when needed. They keep their shape the second you put it back on. Body heat does the rest!
Rip Proof: The ripstop fabric is built to manage tears. The tiny square pattern stops any rips from traveling through the fabric.
What profile are your hats?
We make our USA Made Range Hats lower in profile for a few reasons:
- Pulls down to your head, no excess height in the way for ear protection or headphones.
- Clean smooth fit.
- Curved bills sit higher on the forehead. Hat height is built for that.
