The American Worker & Staying American Made

It was 2013, January.  My friend, Jeremy from college, he made a purchase on our website.  It was our first sale as a company.  Our first shirt went out the door.  Never did we dream we'd be sitting here today, in 2024, in our own facility, loaded with product, with employees buzzing around getting after the daily grind.

What got us here? Well first off, we hit a lot of hard times, have been through a lot of rough seas, one thing for sure, we never quit.  One thing I can say from this experience is the growth you're after is always just out of sight, right around the corner from the point you thought about quitting.

The other thing that kept me going was all our peers telling us "you can't do American made, it never works".   Well, 12 years later, here we are.

Having something as simple as a T shirt made here in the USA makes such a big impact.  It seems so small, but as we grew, so did everyone we worked with.  The 100 shirts turned to 1000 shirts, turned to 100,000 shirts each year.

When we make a shirt, someone weaves the fabric.  Someone dyes the fabric.  Someone cuts.  Someone sews.  We then send that blank shirt to our shop here in Ohio where we distribute them to local print shops, shops we've worked with for a decade.  Or, you want blank shirts and we send them straight to you.

As our demand for shirts grew, so did the demand for the process of making them.  That in turn added jobs at all stops in the process.  Knowing we've contributed to the American economy at that level, well, it feels good.

You see American made doesn't have to 60 dollar t shirts, we found a way to keep our operations lean, don't get flashy with who we are as a company, and we can keep it reasonable.  Our goal has always been to give you an option that's USA made at a similar price to the imported guys.

You all have reacted and chosen American over imported and because we share that same passion, this little business has grown and does its small part in keeping American's working.

Looking forward to the next decade!

Keep it American Made!
