There is a growing problem out there, especially for brands that express their love for this country. That problem is getting in front of customers.
Believe it or not, but a decade ago simply posting on social media helped us put our USA-made products in front of people and kept the lights on. They took that away and replaced it with ads. Many small businesses closed.
We did well with ads for a decade. Folks love our American-made gear and there is a demand out there for brands that support this country. But now ads are becoming unaffordable for most small businesses out there. Constant AI changes with the algorithm are just destroying businesses and making it near impossible to reach their customers. Many more small businesses have closed up shop.
A Small Business' Answer to Ads
So what's left? Email.
Just jumping on a company's email list allows them to reach you with sales, products, and messages about the market they operate in. Sure, emails can be annoying, but reputable brands try to be respectful of that.
So if you're not ready to make a purchase with a brand you're interested in, jump on their email list. Open up emails here and there. It helps the them stay relevant. Many brands out there aren't trying to spam you, they are simply leveraging the last true channel they can control to keep their lights on.
One thing I’ve noticed in all these years is the relationships we’ve built. Keeping our manufacturing here in the USA has allowed us to build not only business relationships, but friendships. One thing we’ve gotten to see firsthand is the sheer number of hardworking Americans out there who share the same passion we do. Over the last decade or so, we’ve gotten to truly KNOW the people who make our products.
They sent my wife and I cards when we got married. They’ve congratulated me on all three of our kids. We’ve also shared sympathy for the loss and hardship we all go through as Americans. We’ve become family. That’s the America I grew up in and work so hard to try and preserve.
We're in this together, and we appreciate every single person we've had the privilege to connect with over the years. We appreciate your business, but more importantly, we value the relationships we've built with other patriotic Americans.
Thanks for sticking with us and other small businesses all over the country.
